The quickest and easiest way to apply for enrollment with Westcoast Adventure College is on-line, alternatively you may print out this application and fax or mail it direct. In addition to this application form, please include a current resume with three references.

To maintain the highest quality standards in the WAC program, and to offer you the most positive and engaging learning environment, any student who exhibits behavior that, in our sole discretion, is unsafe or disrupts or distracts from the educational mission of this course, may be asked to withdraw from the class or the program.

* Harassment, use of drugs or alcohol, theft or misuse of property, low motivation and disregarding instructions or poor attendance are examples of behavior that can negatively effect the overall group which may lead to expulsion.

Please take a few moments to answer the following questions. We hope this questionnaire will help you focus on your reasons for electing to pursue courses at Westcoast Adventure College at this time. It will also provide us with an opportunity to get to know you better.


Our courses can be a physically demanding. Please describe your regular physical activities or sports. Include what types of exercise you pursue, how often and the length of time. If you do not exercise regularly, use this space to tell us about your plan to prepare for your course.


Our program requires that all participants commit physically, mentally and emotionally to the success of the expedition. Identify an activity to which you have made a major commitment. Describe how you demonstrated that commitment in past endeavours.

All applicants must identify a person to contact in case of an emergency.

Terms

I have read, understand, accept and agree to abide by the rules, policies and guidelines set forth within the college regulations. I understand that I am not accepted until all enrollment forms have been received and approved by the Westcoast Adventure College Admission Office. I give the Westcoast Adventure College permission to share my contact information with other WAC students and faculty. I also give Westcoast Adventure College permission to use my name and picture in promotional materials and press releases.
